Calming Lavender Chamomile Tea- Recipe




  1. This tea is perfect for relaxing and unwinding, with the calming effects of chamomile and lavender.


Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon dried chamomile flowers

  • 1 teaspoon dried lavender flowers

  • 1 teaspoon dried peppermint leaves (optional for a minty twist)

  • 1-2 slices fresh lemon (optional)

  • 1-2 teaspoons honey or sweetener of choice (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Combine the chamomile, lavender, and peppermint in a small bowl. Stir to mix the herbs evenly.

  2. Boil Water: Bring 1 cup (8 ounces) of water to a gentle boil.

  3. Steep: Place the herbal mixture into a tea infuser or directly in your teacup. Pour the hot water over the herbs, cover, and let steep for 5-7 minutes.

  4. Add Lemon and Sweetener: After steeping, add a lemon slice and honey if desired. Stir well.

  5. Serve: Remove the infuser or strain the tea. Enjoy warm!


This tea can be enjoyed hot or chilled over ice. It’s a great choice for evening relaxation or when you want a gentle pick-me-up without caffeine.



  1. Chamomile Orange Blossom Tea


    • Ingredients: 1 tablespoon dried chamomile flowers, 1 orange slice, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 cup hot water

    • Instructions: Steep chamomile with an orange slice in hot water for 5-7 minutes, then add honey if desired. This tea is light and floral, perfect for relaxation.
