Mexican Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
2 cups milk
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Whipped cream (optional)
Whisk cocoa, sugar, cinnamon, and cayenne with milk in a saucepan, Heat over medium, stirring until smooth. Serve warm with whipped cream if desired.
